He is survived by: his stepchildren, Thomas O'Connor of Elmira, NY, Colleen O'Connor Walker of Elmira, NY, Kathryn Tolbert Dohner of Bethesda, MD, Samuel Tolbert of Hagerstown, MD and Susan Tolbert of Deland, FL.; his granddaughters, Megan O'Connor, Laura Walker Buell and Erica Walker; his great grandchildren, Myla Brown and Coraline Buell; his children-in-law, Joseph Walker and Melissa Westervelt; his brother Michael; and his sister-in-law Nancy O'Connor of North Attleboro, MA. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
