She was predeceased by: her parents, Rita Gongol and Joseph Gongol of Canisteo. She is survived by: her husband Bruce M. Dann of Pine City; and her sister Marcia Klokus of Corning.
Phyllis' wish was that there would be no calling hours due to the pandemic.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers, those who wish to remember her in a special way make gifts in her memory to Meals on Wheels of Chemung County, 409 William St., Elmira, NY 14901; or to St. Jude's Children's Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
