She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Nichols and Ruth Nichols; her husband Milton McIntosh; her children, Cynthia and Milton McIntosh Jr.; and her siblings, Thelma Patton, Edsel Carson, George Nichols and Penny Nichols.
She is survived by: her close friend Al Dillon; her daughters, Carol McIntosh of Virginia, Sharon Garcia of Virginia and Melissa McIntosh; and her sister Linda Wheeler of Erin, NY. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
