We are sad to announce that on December 29, 2019, at the age of 84, Phyllis Elaine McIntosh (Pine City, New York) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Nichols and Ruth Nichols; her husband Milton McIntosh; her children, Cynthia and Milton McIntosh Jr.; and her siblings, Thelma Patton, Edsel Carson, George Nichols and Penny Nichols.

She is survived by: her close friend Al Dillon; her daughters, Carol McIntosh of Virginia, Sharon Garcia of Virginia and Melissa McIntosh; and her sister Linda Wheeler of Erin, NY. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
