She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Hopkins and Helen Hopkins (Foster); her husband Irvin "Bob"; her children, Daniel Paul and Sharon Hawkins; her sons-in-law, Ray Hawkins and Jim Osborne; and her sister Juanita.

She is survived by: her children, Nancy Clune (Mike) of Myrtle Beach, SC, John Sampsell of Bradford, NY, Barbara Osborne of Pine City and Barry Sampsell of Bradford, NY. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, great, great grandchildren, nephews, great niece and great nephews.
