He was predeceased by: his parents, Clayton Osborne and Eunice Osborne (DeWitt). He is survived by: his wife Barbara Osborne (Sampsell); his children, Deanne, Bates, Jennifer K. Biggs, David and Sarah Osborne; his grandchildren, Sierra (Tyra), Tyler (Justin), Alexis (Jordan), Hannah, Belle, Sammie, Mareena and Anna; his great grandchildren, Jaxon, Theo and Alianna; and his siblings, Tom (Beth Osborne), Larry (Laurie Osborne), Pat (Jerry Moore) and Bobby (Sheri Osborne). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
