He was predeceased by: his parents, Clayton Osborne and Eunice Osborne (DeWitt). He is survived by: his wife Barbara Osborne (Sampsell); his children, Deanne, Bates, Jennifer K. Biggs, David and Sarah Osborne; his grandchildren, Sierra (Tyra), Tyler (Justin), Alexis (Jordan), Hannah, Belle, Sammie, Mareena and Anna; his great grandchildren, Jaxon, Theo and Alianna; and his siblings, Tom (Beth Osborne), Larry (Laurie Osborne), Pat (Jerry Moore) and Bobby (Sheri Osborne). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, those wishing may remember Jim through donations to the Southern Tier Pregnancy Resource Center, 375 W. Water St., Elmira, NY 14901.
