Tolbert; her husband Richard O'Connor; and her stepchildren, Kathryn Tolbert Dohner of Bethesda, Samuel Tolbert of Hagerstown, Susan Tolbert (William Blalock) of Deland, FL, Colleen Walker of Elmira and Tom O'Connor of Elmira. She is also survived by nine grandchildren.
