She is survived by: her husband Robert Plate; her children, Tony Cardinale (Gloria), Pam Woolman, Jeff Cardinale (Sue), Joe Cardinale, Tim Philo (Kelley) and Mark Philo; her daughter-in-law Jodi Cardinale; her grandchildren, Jacob, Caleb, Mason, Dominic, Mario, Chloe, Chad Cardinale, Gina, Nick Woolman, Todd Seeley (Stephanie), Ashley Evans (Jeremy), Courtney Kemmerer, Breana Gianelli (Anthony) and Jadin Hunter (Brian); her siblings, Rita Bond (George), Peggy Carr (Harold) and Gary Thomas (Amy); and her daughter-in-law Susan. She is also survived by several great grandchildren.
