She is survived by: her husband Jon Ballew; her son Dewey Foxworth; her mother Elizabeth Finch; her sister Lisa Callahan (Scott); her nieces and nephews, Cody Callahan and Laura Ridenaur (Brandon); and her grandchildren, Micah and Presley Ridenaur.
