He is survived by: his sons, Stanley Jerzak (Pamela) of Corning, NY and Jeffery Jerzak (Missy) of Pine City, NY; his grandchildren, Melissa Bailey (Dean) of Palmyra, NY, Joshua Jerzak of Pine City, NY, Ashley Jerzak of Burlingame, CA and Erica Flynn (Brian) of Corning, NY; and his great grandchildren, Luke Bailey and Henry Bailey. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
