Hillery (Pine Bush, New York), born in Odessa, New York, who passed away on January 28, 2020, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Stewart Thompson and Ruth Thompson (McKay); her husband James J. Hillery; her daughter Elizabeth Jane Hillery; and her granddaughter Alyssa K. Hillery.
She is survived by: her grandson Ricky; her children, James J. Hillery III (Jeanne) of Harrison, ME, Ruth E. Howard (F. Dean) of Pine Bush, NY and Anne P. Secreto (Dan) of Wurtsboro, NY; her grandchildren, Jeanine Staley (Ryan) of Bridgton, ME, Nicholas Hillery, Kelsey Hillery of Harrison, ME, Shane Hillery of Boston, MA, Kaitlin Hillery of Eugene, OR, Hillery Anne Mann (Michael) of Pine Bush, NY, Richard T. Merring II, Shaina of Wurtsboro, NY, James S. Howard (Shannon) of Wurtsboro, NY and Jessica L. Schoonmaker (Danny) of New Hampton, NY; and her sister Elizabeth Barnes of Valrico, FL. She is also survived by 21 great grandchildren.
