Palmer (Pine Bush, New York), born in Newburgh, New York, who passed away on August 27, 2022, at the age of 54, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Leroy B. Palmer; and his sister Rosemarie Wilkins. He is survived by: his mother Ann Palmer; his daughter Eve of Kentucky; and his brothers, Mark of Pine Bush and Aaron of Phoenix Arizona.
