She was predeceased by: her brother Bruno Kalkowski. She is survived by: her parents, Joseph Kalkowski and Margrete Kalkowski (Jama); her husband Joseph R. Zankl; her brother Manfred Kalkowski; and her sister-in-law Marilyn Kalkowski. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday November 3, 2018 at 10 A.M. at the Church of the Infant Savior in Pine Bush, N.Y. Entombment will follow in New Prospect Cemetery Pine Bush, N.Y. Memorial donations may be made to the Shriners Hospitals for Children; St. Judes Children's Hospital; Wounded Warrior Project or Montefiore New Rochelle Hospital.
