He was predeceased by: his parents, Simon Zak and Annette Kahn Zak. He is survived by: his wife Shirley; his children, Stuart Zak (Gildana) of Bronx and Danielle Shannon (Thomas) of Yonkers; and his grandchildren, Olivia, Alex, Sofia and Elena. He is also survived by 4 Nieces and nephews.
