He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Dr. John Francis Carnevali and Catherine Hanlon Carnevali; his pet Perceus; his wife Lauren McKay Carnevali; his son John Carnevali III; his siblings, Cathy Cherubini (Jay Cherubini), Karyn Carnevali and Thomas Carnevali (Gigi Carnevali); his mother-in-law Barbara Palinkas (Daniel Coykendall); his siblings-in-law, Kelli Palinkas Greer (J. Gregston Greer), Jodi Palinkas (David Levine), Andy Palinkas (Bev Brownsell) and Chris Palinkas (Julie Palinkas); his cousins, Paul "Skinny" Carnevali (Grace Carnevali), JB Carnevali (Cindy Carnevali), Joann Fiore (Dave Fiore), Carol Ann Diotalevi (Eddie Diotalevi) and John Sibilia (Carrie Sibilia); his aunt Carol Sibilia; his son Kenneth McKay; his uncle Sam Sibilia; and his nephew Thomas Carnevali. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
