She was predeceased by: her parents, John Steinhilber and Ida Howe; her husband Eugene Bailey; and her daughters, Helen Reuter and Tina Bailey.
She is survived by: her children, Arthur Bailey (Debra) of Wurtsboro, Bruce Bailey (Annette) of Pine Bush, Jean Bellia (Robert) of Bloomingburg and Ray Bailey of Middletown; and her brother John Steinhilber of Nevada. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
