He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip Gottfried and Marianne Duchkowitsch Gottfried. He is survived by: his wife Tina Bowers of Duluth; his children, Amanda Gottfried of Duluth, Christine Gottfried of Canton, Nicholas Gottfried of Canton, Jonathan Gottfried of Woodstock and Matthew Gottfried of Canton; and his sister Joan Gottfried.
