He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonie Frank-Scopteuolo and Hugh Kelly; his stepfather Anthony Scopteulo; his brother Dwayne Scopteuolo; his grandmother Josephine Frank; and his uncle Tyron Frank.
He is survived by: his wife Victoria A. Kelly of Pine Bush; his children, Christina Kelly of Newport Coast, California, Scott Kelly of Prague and Stephanie House of Pine Bush; his grandchildren, Kelly Candelario of Virginia Beach, VA and Michael Finch of Pine Bush; and his brothers, Richard Kelly (Betsy) of Pine Bush and Ray Scopteuolo (Joann).
