He was predeceased by: his parents, James Catania and Mary Vallone Catania; his daughter-in-law Trish Catania; and also Mary Catania. He is survived by: his children, Stephanie Avidano (Gene) of Bloomingburg and Jim Catania of Chester, NH; his grandchildren, Matthew George (Alpha Hamann), Jamie Cosh of Burlingham and Victoria Avidano of Bloomingburg; his great grandchildren, Cody, Liam, Greyson, Hudson and Grant; and his sisters, Dolly Mattera and Anna Bogley.
