She was predeceased by: her husband Cornelius J Hermann Jr. (New); and her daughter-in-law Thongpeo Hermann. She is survived by: her daughters, Jessica Hermann (Jonathan) and Natasha Joerger (Paul); her grandchildren, Michael and Madison; her daughter Amanda Singleton (Dave); her grandchild Declan; her daughter Kristy Young (Bryan); her grandchildren, Aiden, Kyle and Khloe; and her siblings, Catherine Uettwiller, Ann Levine of Dallas, GA and Richard Riebow of Queensbury, NY. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in France's name may be made to Hospice of Orange and Sullivan Counties, 800 Stony Brook Court, Newburgh, NY 12550.
