She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Kain and Thelma Kain (Zabriskie); her husband Charles P. Doviak; her son Frederick; and her sisters, Jean Futrell, Lois DuBois and Marie Kapp.
She is survived by: her sister Fay Thorn (Donald); and her children, Nadine Hubner, Michael Doviak (Christine), James Doviak (Jeff Penner), Charles F. Doviak (Kimberly), Patricia Gida (Matthew), Robert Doviak (Sophia), Stasie Harget (Mark) and Richard Doviak (Michelle). She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, and many honorary children.
