It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Douglas T. Rockwell (Pine Bush, New York), who passed away on March 30, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Douglas W. Rockwell and Marjorie C. Rockwell (Fennell). He is survived by: his wife Ann Marie; his brother James; his sister-in-law Nancy Rockwell of Walton, NY; his children, Douglas T. Rockwell Jr. (Antonia) of Pine Bush, NY, Robert M. Rockwell of Pine Bush, NY and Kathleen M. Zwart (Steven) of Bullville, NY; his daughter-in-law Nina; his grandchildren, Dustin Rockwell (Danika), Alexis Rockwell (Tom Collins), Alyssa Rockwell, Meghan Zwart and Thomas Zwart (Aja Rieger); his great grandchildren, Jaelene, Rayna, Braden, Kenleigh and Elliana; and his nephew Travis Rockwell (Stephanie).
Due to COVID-19 restrictions capacity is limited. Face mask and social distance requirements mandated by NYS are in effect.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Hospice, Make a Wish or Saint Judes Hospital.
