He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Duryea and Anna Mae Stewart Duryea. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Schroeder Duryea; his children, Debra M. Davis (Gilbert) of Kerhonkson, Charles A. Duryea Jr. (Maricia) of North Carolina and Lanay Ryan (Ronald Appedu) of Arizona; and his brothers, Robert and Edward Duryea. He is also survived by 5 grand children, 5 great grandchildren.
