She was predeceased by: her parents, John "Jack" Martin and Agnes Donovan Martin; her grandson Brody Thomas Gihr; her siblings, Edward Martin and Joan Naugle; and also Thomas E. Gihr Sr..
She is survived by: her siblings, Daniel Martin (Mary Ann) and Ann Dowd; her sons, Thomas Gihr Jr. (Suzanne), Michael Gihr (Nancy) and Stephen Gihr (Rebecca); her sister-in-law Bonita Martin; and her great grandchildren, Jack, Cameron, Isla and Gianna. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
