He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Kilian and Anne Kilian; his siblings, Frank Kilian, Robert Kilian and Rosemary Chiofalo; and his nephews, Ralph "Buddy" Silvernail and Robert Kilian, Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Carol Kilian; his son Anthony J. Kilian, Jr. (AJ); his sister Marjorie Silvernail; and his brother-in-law Peter Calabrese (Wanda). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
