He is survived by: his wife Margaret Fitzpatrick of Paul's Catholic Church; his daughter Susan Smith (Timothy Tebo) of Potsdam; his grandchildren, Dillon Smith (Sharisse) and Brody Smith; his great grandchild Kyla Smith; and his siblings, Arthur Green (Robin), Thomas Green of Pierrepont, Edith Curry of Pierrepont, Ella Roberts of Pierrepont, Jane Mousaw of Colton and Geraldine Johnson (Ronald) of Pierrepont. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
