She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Kelley and Rosalind "Rody" Kelley; and her siblings, George, Andrew and Lynn.
She is survived by: her children, Mark (Michelle Newton) of Parishville, NY, Megan (Tim Wood) of Pierrepont, NY, Matthew (Jennifer Bronson) of Pierrepont, NY and Michael (Mika Narita); her grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Jacob, Taylor, Shawn and Ryan; her sisters, Karen Mulvaugh (William) of Shallotte, NC and Mary Louise Carlson (Gary) of Ashland, MA; and her husband Rick. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests kind thoughts and memories of Cindy be shared. Donations may be made in her memory to the First Church of Christ Scientist, Potsdam, NY.
