He was predeceased by: his parents, George D. Petrie and Phyllis Petrie (Maitland) of Adams. He is survived by: his children, Jesse Petrie of Adams Center and Naomi Petrie of Carthage; his granddaughter Sydney Petrie; his siblings, Phillip Petrie of Pierrepont Manor, Nancy Ross (Brian) of Depauville and Susan Petrie of Adams; and his close friend Renee Nelson (Sawyer).
