He was predeceased by: his son Michael Chadwick II (Mikey); and his parents, Walter Chadwick (Mike) and Dorothy Chadwick. He is survived by: his wife Joan Chadwick (Reissman) of Piermont, NY; his daughter Christine Chadwick (Peter Osborn) of Barnard, VT; his grandchildren, Ainsley, Isla and Ellery; his daughter Carri Savino (Jay) of Valley Cottage, NY; his grandchildren, Joseph, Andrew, Ava and Michael; and his siblings, Fred Chadwick (Rose) of Myrtle Beach, SC, Mary Adler (Paul) of Nyack, NY, Dorothy Meehan (Artie) of North Bergen, NJ and Gerard Chadwick (Helen) of Staten Island, NY. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Piermont Ambulance, 554 Piermont Ave., Piermont, NY.
