He was predeceased by: his parents, Glace Carbaugh and Evelyn Carbaugh. He is survived by: his wife Beverly; his children, Doreen (Richard) of Newburgh, NY and Richard (Lisa) of Northvale, NJ; his grandchildren, Michael, Joseph, Stephanie and Christina; and his great grandchildren, Dustin, Austin, Wyatt and Josie.
