It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of William L. Hammer of Phoenix, New York, born in Butler, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 25, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Manford "Larry" Hammer and Frances Hammer (VanSanford); his former wife Doris; his son Brent Alan Hammer, Sr.; and his sister Sally Sperino.
He is survived by: his wife Beverly J. Freytag Hammer; his brother James Hammer (Marlene Larson); his daughters, Sherrie Lee Thompson, Sue Laren Hammer and Sondra Kay Nelson; and his stepchildren, Pamela Najdul (Frank) and David Freytag, Jr. (Lisa). He is also survived by great-grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
