As Victor departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Victor. Though Victor may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Andy Yerdon and Clarissa Yerdon (Gibbs). He is survived by: his wife Darlene R. Yerdon of Phoenix, NY; and his children, Lyle D. Sharkey (Christi) of Phoenix, NY, Lancing V. Yerdon (Denise) of Lysander, NY, Michelle Halstead (Arthur), Danielle Whelsky of Pagosa Springs, CO, Kristy Tisdale of Springfield, MA and Nichole Smith (Paul) of Phoenix, NY. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great grandchild and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, March 18th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Maurer Funeral Home (3541 NY-31, Baldwinsville, NY 13027). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, March 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church (3494 NY-31, Baldwinsville, NY 13027).
