He is survived by: his wife Jackie Conklin; his children, Anna DeLano (Christian) of Rochester, NY and Morgan Brouse (Tyler Hewitt) of Chaffee, NY; his stepchildren, Hannah Charleston of Liverpool, NY, Jared Charleston of Liverpool, NY and Jake Charleston of Liverpool, NY; his sisters, Ann (Mike Morrow), Sheila (Gene Perrigo) and Leslie Moore (Andrew Halpin); his stepsisters, Rachel Brouse of Scotland and Melissa Matheney of Nevada; his pets, Lola and Hobo; his parents, Donald and Susan Brouse (Bouchard); and his former wife Donna DiPardo.
