It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Stoutenger of Phoenix, New York, who passed away on August 9, 2021, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Robert Stoutenger to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert M. Stoutenger and Pearl H. Stoutenger (Clark); and his wife Irene B. Loper. He is survived by: his children, Deborah Wilder (Gregory), Robert Stoutenger (Darlene) and Floyd Stoutenger (Tina). He is also survived by six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and several nieces nephews and cousins.
