He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Mildred Coulter (Soper) and Sidney B Coulter; his wife Joan (Wood); his brother John Coulter (Jane) of Horseheads, NY.; his children, Thomas Coulter (Patricia), Nancy Barber and Barbara Puchalski; and his sister Elizabeth Mueller of Seattle, WA. He was also cherished by four grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.
