He was predeceased by: his father Walter Pike. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Pike of Phoenix; his sons, Colin Pike (Karla Barnes) of Fulton, NY and Tyler Pike of Nevada; his brother Bill Pike of Idaho; and his grandsons, Cooper, Lucas Pike and Kevin Seabury. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
