She is survived by: her husband Keith Smithers of Phoenix, NY; her children, Michael Condon (KarenLee) of Granby, NY and Kathleen Reich (Scott) of Otisco, NY; her stepchildren, Christine Shigihara (Taka), Anthony River (Terry) of Syracuse, NY, Kenneth River (Kathy) of North Syracuse, NY, AnnaBelle Ransom (Dennis), Kristina Hawker of Fulton, Vell Kurt Smithers (Erin) and Vell Kory Smithers of Phoenix, NY; and her siblings, Sheila Westcott of Phoenix, NY and Donald Spaulding (Caroline) of Sterling, NY. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
