It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lucy A. Frank (Phoenix, New York), born in Hannibal, New York, who passed away on May 2, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Harry; and her siblings, John Garbus, Olga Colson, Fred Garbus and Nellie Matthews. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
