She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruth E. Alstyne (Blance) and Leon J. Van Alstyne; her husband Emerson F. Hamlin; and her siblings, Elaine Van Alstyne, Clarence Van Alstyne and John "Jack" Van Alstyne.
She is survived by: her children, Edward J. Hamlin (Nancy J.) and Elizabeth A. Young of Phoenix; her grandchildren, Rev. Eric Hamlin (Daidra), Alisa Conger (Ryan), Andrew Young (Seble) and Aaron Young (Emily); and her great grandchildren, Rocco Mistico, Ryken Conger, Aviva Conger, Isaac Hamlin, Eli Hamlin, Ethan Young, Blair Young, Logan Young, Ezra Young, Kendall Young, Ezekiel Hamlin and Ellelta Young. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and many friends.
