She was predeceased by: her husband Peter J. Dugan, Sr.; her parents, Walter Sands and Mary Sands; and her brothers, Walter Sands and Robert "Bob" Sands.
She is survived by: her children, Peter Dugan, Jr. and Alicia Chambers; and her sister Diane Johnson. She is also survived by 3 grand children.
