He is survived by: his wife Carolyn A. Fairbanks (Pendergast); his children, Dr. Lauri Fairbanks-Doane (Robert Doane) of Phoenix, Mark S. Fairbanks (Sarah) of Marathon, NY and Brenda Tomkins (Nathan) of Trumansburg, NY; and his siblings, Dale A. Fairbanks of Fulton, NY, Bonnie Mahon (James) of Cicero and Janice Soble of Hastings, NY. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
