We are sad to announce that on December 14, 2023, at the age of 69, Debra L. Phinney of Phoenix, New York, born in Harlingen, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father William Lee Jordan. She is survived by: her mother Peggy Joyce Knight of East Syracuse; her husband Garry W. Phinney of Phoenix; her daughter Sherry Jensen (Kevin); her grandsons, Adam of Norwich and Alex Jensen of Norwich; and her siblings, Gary Jordan of San Antonio, Mark and Theresa Pilch of East Syracuse. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
