We are sad to announce that on June 17, 2023, at the age of 85, Deacon Frank M. Forish Jr. (Phoenix, New York), born in Erie, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Forish and Grace Logue Forish; and his wife Roberta "Robbie" Forish (Church) of Phoenix, NY. He is survived by: his daughters, Michelle Wilson (Martin) and Deborah Tetrault; his grandchildren, Danielle Love (Chris), Jessica Gressel (Nick), Benjamin Kristeller (Brianne) and Bradley Tetrault; his great grandchildren, Braelynn Love, Natalie Gressel, Jocelyn Love, Henry Gressel, Jacob Kristeller, Isabelle Gressel and Noah Kristeller; and his siblings, Nancy Forish and David A. Forish (Luann).
