He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Crast and Charlotte Salisbury. He is survived by: his wife Jodine; his sons, Justin (Jennifer) and Jared; his siblings, Jeff Salisbury (Laure) and Alice Tyler (John); and his stepsisters, Laura Robbins and Debbie Cammer. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
