It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara S. Milligan of Phoenix, New York, who passed away on May 30, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her siblings, Wesley, Herbert, Elden, Erwin Dunn, Elizabeth Stever, Dorothy Stever, Mary Walters and Martha Wolford; her son Bruce; her daughter-in-law Karen Milligan; her grandson David Hill, Jr.; her daughters, Beth Casler (Butch) of Phoenix and Brenda Hill (David) of Oswego; her grandchildren, Dustin Hill (Myia), Brian, Daniel Hill, Michael Milligan, Patrick Milligan (Kate), Sean Milligan (Kristie), Jennifer Bedford (Matthew), Gina Perkins (Thomas), Julie Phifer (Joel) and Emily Polzin (Erik); and her great grandchildren, Brayden, Hannah, Collin, Emma, Sawyer, Amaya, Molly, Stella and Maisy.
She is survived by: her husband Bert Milligan.
