He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil and Helen Berryann Curtis Sr. A. He is survived by: his friend Larry; his daughter Cassie Curtis of Tannersville; and his siblings, Gary of Phoenicia and Debbie Simmons of Catskill. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
