He is survived by: his mother Sandra Dart (Underwood) of Hudson, NY.; his stepfather William Dart; his siblings, Krysta Slemp of Hudson, NY and Mike Thomas; his nieces and nephews, Jayden and Aria; his grandparents, Julie and John Meacher; his brother-in-law Brendon Monk; and his stepbrothers, BJ and Joseph Dart. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles nieces and nephews; and countless friends.
