It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Perpetua of Phoenicia, New York, who passed away on November 19, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Shirley Perpetua to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, August May and Verna Grey May. She is survived by: her husband Michael; her children, Tammy Weber (George Burns) of West Shokan, Tina Shields (Michael), Michael Perpetua (Paula) of Kingston, Theresa Jones (Robert) of Shandaken and Tanya Morton (Jameson) of Woodstock; and her sister Elsie Worden of Lomontville. She is also survived by brother Howard May of Saugerties. 36 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren.

The family requests that masks and social distancing protocols be observed.
