He was predeceased by: his brother Joe. He is survived by: his wife Lynn Olsen Bush; his son Michael "Mickey" Bush (Alicia); his grandchildren, Gabe, Julie, Andrew, Katelyn, Tyler and Aubrey; and his sister Susan Balash of Kingston.
