He was predeceased by: his parents, William Rowe and Beth Willey Rowe; and his sister Melinda Strout. He is survived by: his wife Veronica; his stepdaughter Alison Lennox; his children, Jon (Amy), Jenna and Vanessa; his grandchildren, Jon (Victoria) and Alyssa (Dustin); his niece Julie (Scott); and his nephew David (Roger Strout). He is also survived by three great grand daughters.
