She was predeceased by: her parents, David Liz and Gertrude Benjamin Neal Sr. Liz (Betty); and her siblings, William 'Billy' and Joan. She is survived by: her son David C. Carr (Kim); her grandchildren, Wyatt and Rachel; her caregiver Donnie Van Valkenburgh; and her siblings, David C. Neal, Jr., Kenneth R. Neal, Bruce E. Neal of Haines Falls, Gerald A. Neal of Shandaken, Dale A. Neal of Lanesville and Nancy A. Holgate of Shandaken. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
